I think that Tana Ramsey looks quite flatchested in that dress, whereas Mezghan Hussainy gives the dress some shape.

Yes, this dress is very simple and it needs something special on the women who wear it, for example Mezghan Hussainy is very sexy and attractive so she wins for me too...Tana is quite very very simple...
